Callbot — Terms of Use

Last updated: 28 October 2026

These terms cover the Callbot apps for Mac and iPhone and callbot.wecomax.com, made by Wecomax (operator: Nikita Stukalov, hello@wecomax.com). By using Callbot you agree to them. The Privacy Policy is part of these terms.

What Callbot does

Callbot is an AI assistant that answers and places calls, replies to messages, keeps notes, tasks and tables, and can operate apps on your computer when you give it the macOS permissions it asks for. It works through your own accounts in WhatsApp, Zalo, Telegram and other apps.

AI can be wrong

Callbot uses artificial intelligence. Its answers, summaries and actions can contain mistakes. Check important information before you rely on it. You decide which actions it may take without asking you.

Your responsibilities

Balance, packages and payments

Updates

Callbot updates itself, including improved scripts and fixes learned across installations, as described in the Privacy Policy. Some updates may be required to keep using the service.

Liability

Callbot is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, blocked messenger accounts or decisions made on AI output; our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that the law does not allow to be limited.

Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account). We may suspend an account used against these terms or the law.

Changes and contact

We will post changes here and say so in the app. Questions: hello@wecomax.com.
